Xsightn Photography is a Nigeria based fashion, wedding and lifestyle photography outfit.
We love to think our approach to wedding photography is both fresh and urban. We pride ourselves of being one of the top wedding photographers in Nigeria, shooting high-end weddings for Nigerian couples based outside Nigeria. In 2010 we were privileged to shoot weddings for Nigerian brides based in the USA, UK, South Africa, Canada and Cameroon .
While I started off shooting weddings, I have discovered a brand new love for fashion photography.

Welcome to Xsightn Photography, home of amazing wedding photography.
This introductory podcast is a major landmark.
This podcast tries to explain what the whole concepts of the podcast is about.
We try to explain to you why we are doing what we are doing.
Please bear with us concerning the quality of the productions, we are first and foremost photographers and not audio producers but we feel what we are doing is very important hence the need to do it. As we continue to produce more episodes, you should notice improvements in the quality of the productions.
We record this podcast usually on location with the Interviewed photographer with simple portable recorders, we don’t use any fancy recording gear unfortunately but we believe the information in this podcast more than make up for the quality.

Writing this blog post from the Dubai International Airport.
Been away from Nigeria for about 6 days now attending some photography workshop in the UAE. The city is beautiful.
In my opinion, everybody needs to visit the UAE before they die.
Away from all the talk about the UAE, the workshop organized by the guys at the Gulf Photo Plus, brought together 5 of the best photographers in the world.
I had the opportunity to learn from and shoot with them for the past couple of days, topics ranging from corporate photography, portaits, available light techniques, flash techniques, workflow enhancements and the business side of photography.
I was partcularly drawn to both Bobbi Lane and David Tejada, 2 photographers that i have always held in awe, their classes were both fantastic and i learnt more from my sessions with them than in few years in photography combined, period.
Bobbi is down to earth and an exceptional teacher, David is a funny man turned photographer with an unparalleled mastery of flash photography using small strobes.
I have had talks with both photographers and they both want to do a workshop in Nigeria with Xsightn as host, i am currently working on this now and will update you when we start putting all the papers in order. So watch out Nigeria, Bobbi Lane and David Tejada to visit Nigeria very soon.
I got to meet and make friends with Photographer’s from all over the world, professionals from Iran, Pakistan, the US, the UK, Germany, Eygypt, France, Canada and a whole lot more.

Two beautiful people, one lovely wedding.
Agbons and Osaze tied the knots on the 11th of September 2009 in the ancient city of Benin.
The traditional wedding ceremony was filled with the culture of the people of Edo state, it was one of those weddings that made be very proud to be a Nigerian wedding photographer. From the clothes they wore to the songs they danced to, this was a truly unique event.
I almost missed my flight from Lagos to shoot this wedding.
